Featured Not resolved

Purchased a homecoming dress for my daughter and when we took it in to get altered we noticed many defects, holes and tears in the mesh outer skirt cover that were not noticeable until we were in better lighting. Prom Girl says they can't refund because we were passed the 7 day return window.

When I protested they then said they wouldn't help me because they believed the alteration shop caused the damage.

The dress hasn't even been altered at this point. Now I have to not only pay for there poorly made item, I have to pay to have the skirt fixed.

Product or Service Mentioned: Promgirl Homecoming Dress.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $199.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Customer service was absolutely the worst experience.
