promgirl has an unusual return must request a return authorization within 7 days. seven days!

in 2017! and they don't give you this information until it is too late i have ordered clothes and shoes from many retailers and have never had a problem returning the items when they didn't work out. with such a strict return policy, one would think that promgirl would include it in at least one of the emails they send (order confirmation, shipping notification, etc.) so now that my daughter did not wear the dress we purchased and i access the returns page on the promgirl website, it tells me i'm not eligible for return. what about store credit?

nope, not eligible for that either, apparently. ugh
