i wish they would make one time exceptions to the return policy. I thought returns are 30 days not 14 days.
I bought the first dress which was a size 3/4 which was way too big. Decided to order a 2nd one in a 1/2 with rush shipping which worked so much better and got lots of compliments. So busy i forgot to try and return the dress So now i have 2 exact dresses and i cant even return or get credit on one of them.
:/ won't be purchasing from you guys anymore since there are so many other companies that have great dresses as well. I understand a policy is a policy but its just too bad even explaining the situation to the customer service team and they just would not budge.
