I ordered a dress and when i received it it was a different material. Contacted promgirl the very next day from the day it 2as receieved and they wont exvhange it because the tags were removed e evenn though it was worn at all....it was my third dress within a 2 week period

Unfortunately all returns must be in original condition as they arrived. We do ask that you inspect the item before the tags are removed.
