I ordered a dress and when i received it it was a different material. Contacted promgirl the very next day from the day it 2as receieved and they wont exvhange it because the tags were removed e evenn though it was worn at was my third dress within a 2 week period

Company wrote 0 private or public responses to the review from Aug 01.

Unfortunately all returns must be in original condition as they arrived. We do ask that you inspect the item before the tags are removed.
